Description
Fully automatic electrohydraulic band saw machine for metal dedicated for straight cuts with a possibility of mitre cutting from 90° to 60° right in automatic mode. Two columns, stand and crossbar create a closed frame, which ensures perfect rigidity and therefore accurate and fine cut while using maximal technological conditions.
Band saw is controlled by means of microprocessor control system with screen and keyboard to program the functions of band saw. Machine stops in case of number of pieces set is achieved, missing material, saw blade getting broken or failure (with its identification).
Band saw is equipped with electronic feeding of material up to length of 600 mm by means of ball screw (arbitrarily repeatable) with step feeding from the rear position of accuracy of ± 0,1 mm.
