High performance automatic band saw of the highest productivity and wide range of use dedicated for straight cuts. Machine is designed and produced in accordance with the cutting edge-technologies and systems. Because of exclusive self-regulating system of cutting feed all materials including profiles can be cut by means of one tool. Automatic setting of cut and speed of feeding.
Simple operation requires just setting of cutting length, material standard and all other parameters are set and optimized automatically.
Process of cut is being adjusted during the feeding if it is necessary after analysis of three parameters:
- Profile of part being cut
- Vertical countermovement of saw blade
- Adequate drive momentum
