Description

Medium heavy roller conveyors

• A massive, extremely stable and original modular system allows for variability in roller placement and very easy installation of the accessories – manual or digital measuring devices, metal sheet covers between individual rollers, material chute, additional rollers including plastic rollers, material container and the coolant tank.
• Extreme stability and service life is guaranteed by the 3 mm thick galvanized metal sheets that cover all parts of the device.
• The conveyors are manufactured with roller width 200, 300 or 400 mm. Individual modules are 2 and 3 m long and can be mutually connected.
• To achieve maximum stability, the 2 m conveyor is equipped with one leg and the 3 m conveyor with two legs. The utmost legs are additionally secured with a pair of corner reinforcements.
• There are necessary connecting and interconnecting pieces available that allow for installation to a whole range of machines.
• The massive pull-out system allows for adjustable leg height ranging from 865 mm to 935 mm.

DO – Manual measuring device

• A simple and effective measuring of the required material length.
• Can be installed on all types of D conveyors.
• You can set the required length manually on an analogue (millimeter) scale with a simple arrestment.
• Exceptionally stable system of movable slide stop is retractable in order to prevent gripping of the material and consequent damage to the saw band.

DOD – Digital measuring device

• A simple and effective measuring of the required material length.
• Can be installed on all types of D conveyors.
• You can set the required length manually on an analogue (millimeter) scale with a simple arrestment.
• Exceptionally stable system of movable slide stop is retractable in order to prevent gripping of the material and consequent damage to the saw band.

	DVO – additional steel rollers for increased carrying capacity Load-carrying capacity of the roller 100 kg. DVL – lightweight plastic rollers Prevent damage to the surface of the material. Load-carrying capacity of the roller 10 kg. DVS – heavy plastic rollers Prevent damage to the surface of the material. Load-carrying capacity of the roller 45 kg.
	DA1 – metal sheet cover between individual rollers Prevents short workpieces from falling through. Length 100 mm. (according to the layout of the rollers)
	DA2 – metal sheet cover between individual rollers Prevents short workpieces from falling through. Length 200 mm. (according to the layout of the rollers)
	DK – tiltable, detachable material chute Intended to be placed behind the cut when cutting short segments in series.
	DZ – material magazine for easier handling Width 100 mm, length 670 mm, carrying lenght 470 mm, load 2000 kg.
